Shipping takes 2 to 6 business days after payment has been received. Purchased products are shipped via PostNL. After placing the order you will receive an email with confirmation. When your package is offered at PostNL, you will receive an email with a track and trace code. Possible import duties, taxes and the like are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held liable for additional additional costs. Lobi First is not responsible for late deliveries because we have no control over this.
An order on the Lobi First webshop can therefore be delivered outside the delivery time.

Product Availability
We always try to keep our products in stock. Despite the fact that a product is in stock in the webshop, it is possible that a product cannot be delivered because the product is not available in stock. It can also happen that a product is incorrectly priced. In the event of such a situation or a similar situation, we will cancel the order and contact you.

Damaged or lost products
Lobi First tries to deliver ordered products in good condition and complete. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products caused by the delivery company. In the event that delivered products are damaged or incomplete, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible.
